Materials

Step by step

  1. 1

    Fetch various blossoms and leaves from the garden or park.

  2. 2

    Place a leaf under the magnifying glass and examine the veins.

  3. 3

    Carefully take a blossom apart with tweezers – petals, pistil, stamens.

  4. 4

    Examine the pollen under the microscope.

  5. 5

    Draw what you see as accurately as possible.

  6. 6

    Name the parts of the flower and discuss their function.
